Tam Coc is one of the well-known Vietnam travel destinations situated near the city Ninh Bihn of northern Vietnam. Tam Coc, which literally means three caves, is one among the best 21 tourist destinations of Vietnam. The area is situated in the Red River Delta, where half of it is a plain and the other half are groups of mountains. The place has amazing natural beauty with a nice landscape of the countryside. Among all other Vietnam travel destinations, the place is the one getting more good reviews in the recent years.

It is advisable that you pay a visit to the place while you are on tour in Vietnam. If you avail a tour to the place, here are the things that you will most likely experience. First, would be the temple of Hoa Lu. This is a small valley surrounded cliffs of limestone formations. There is a historic tomb in one of the cliffs that a tourist can climb to visit. The tomb was built into a solid rock and to reach it, you may have to climb several flights of stairs. The effort will be worth it because you can learn many things from the tomb and you will get to see picture perfect sceneries.

After that, the next destination is Tam Coc, one of the famous Vietnam travel destinations. Here you can enjoy a boat ride along a Halong Bay like scenery. From the boat ride, you will be able to enjoy a scene of rice paddy fields neatly lined up below limestone cliffs. The boat ride will also take you through a cave, which is something spectacular because the boat will be passing under in one of the big limestone cliffs wherein the river flows. You might notice in your both ride the most of the people paddling boats are women. This is because it has been a custom in the place to let women do the boat paddling. The rowboats are just small and can only accommodate two passengers. You can also participate with the paddling if you want to have an experience of it.

You will also meet some residents on their boats selling souvenirs to tourist that pass by. With the accommodating attitude of the local people of Tam Coc and the picturesque sceneries, the place is truly one of the best Vietnam travel destinations. After the boat ride, you can take a small walk around the simple town to learn and see various cultures the place has. Thus, you might want to include Tam Coc in your must see places if you are planning on a visit in Vietnam.

You can also visit other Vietnam travel destinations like the Mekong Delta. It is also advisable to try the local delicacies of Vietnam. This is because the country really has some tasty cuisines that can give you strength to burn throughout the day of your tour. In addition, Vietnam foods are known as the healthy foods. In fact, it was nominated for the world’s healthiest food recently.

The tourists never just stagger upon the Sapa, Vietnam. They visit to experience the astonishing scenery and have a view of mountain communities in area, and this is something without which the Vietnam tour never completes.

Many tourists take the night train from Hanoi and then approach Sapa in early morning. Many of departure times of the night trains are there – attempt picking earliest. Look for the phony porters that will attempt in assisting you with the baggage and then seek $2 each bag for assisting you. To have a taste of ease in the whole Tour of Vietnam, don’t just make yourself get tired by just simply picking your baggage and get it till the train, just have a ticket in your hand unless you approached the designated cab. A conductor will approach you for taking that ticket. Save it with you, it is required to be shown when you reach Sapa.

This whole trip will take your 1.5 or 2 hours. Hotels – you can reserve that, consult the travel guide for commendations or if you haven’t committed any such reservation with any hotel, then after reaching Sapa, just have a break and take your breakfast. By the time you will get any way out either by getting information or other tourist who can guide where he simply is staying etc.

People normally bypass the Sapa and head towards the mountain villages. You must check with native tour agencies and check i you need to arrange home stay kind tour for one or two nights. It is not commended as Sapa has got much more to propose at its own.

Before getting agreed to the guide or tour services assure checking the forecast of weather and the conditions of roads in are you need to visit as the landslides and harsh rain storms all thru the roads are common around the Sapa. If you are travelling on the Dien Bien Phu, assure the roads are according to the standards.

Manage to get to any native village to experience what is the life of mountain tribes. That is way too different from the life of an ethnic Vietnamese. Trek through a terraced rice field and surrounding mountains. Must have the plan of stop for the lunch or get it with you.

You will be having many opportunities of meeting the members of mountain tribes because they use to work on fields simply or in villages.

The home stays are much famous and provide more exposure to mountain manner of life. They have got unique style of living. Evenings are passed while watching conventional ethnic music performances and the village life. It approaches to its extreme when all get drunk. The day starts with preparations of breakfast, feeding the animals, working in family garden or housekeeping. This way of life will sure be admired by the tourists on Vietnam Tour.

Check amenities while arranging home stay. Assure the accommodations to sleep. Many home stays provide beds having pillows, clens sheets, mosquito nets and the western kind toilets.

Some of the home stays provide chances to perform any serious trekking from a village to the other. Few treks could ba comparatively remote. People are good but assure respecting native customs of people there and ask the permission before taking a photograph.

Before leaving Sapa, must visit local market, garden around the Sapa Lake and Cathedral. If you dedicate your Vietnam Tour to Sapa, then such attractions are on the walking distance. But here only not the Vietnam Tour of your ends, but this is the place from where it commences.

What a beautiful and inviting country Vietnam can be! One of the neatest trips that one can plan would involve a Vietnam holiday. Certainly, we all have traditions around the holidays and this may not be in the forefront of your mind but this is an opportunity to explore another culture and country. One of the best ways to do this is via a river journey through the Mekong Delta.

As you drift past scenery such as the Cai Be floating market, you can truly appreciate the lifestyle and daily routines of the native Vietnamese peoples. There is a host of fresh produce and vegetables there, brought daily from local farm lands and rice paddies that one can view in the distance of the market. As one continues throughout the trip, there are various other farms and orchards that offer more opportunities to sample the fruits and labor of this newly developing country. The waterfronts are very natural and picturesque in terms of the landscape and scenery as well as watching the local people in their daily environment. And, maybe you thought a Vietnam holiday wasn’t all this?

One can ride in a junk boat or other watercraft to view the many different places that this country can boast of to travelers and citizens within. Additionally, trolling around in Halong Bay and having the opportunity to take in some beach scenery and/or local cuisine is also an excursion one would not want to miss. A Vietnam holiday can help to cement the ideas and ideals of one’s own culture in the mind as well as to learn to experience and appreciate the culture and traditions of another country. This broadening of horizons can occur in a beautiful setting at a cost-effective price.

There are a lot of advantages to consider in a Vietnam holiday. This is a relatively new country that has opened up to travellers and guests of all walks of life whereas this society was not viewed this way twenty years ago. I think it would be a truly remarkable experience to visit this country in its embryonic destination status and to really grasp a sense of the genuine local flavor and ethnicity of this remarkable land.

Certainly as we all approach the holiday season yearly, we each have our conceptions of what the holidays should entail as well as memories of past holiday seasons. Yet, the world is a constantly changing place and there are always new traditions to create as well as different habitual practices to form. Exploring a different country can be a challenging and rewarding endeavor. My suggestion would be to explore Vietnam holidays.

To most of the western world, the phrase “Vietnam” conjures up a sense of war and hostilities. However, this is a beautiful country that has worked very hard to shed this image and has opened up more to the rest of the world. Many people elect to take trips over the holidays and usually they involve the traditional “vacation hot spots” but I would challenge someone to invest time in exploring Vietnam holidays. This country offers a wealth of sites for any visitor to see–lush rice paddies, beautiful mountains, pristine beaches, and a culture that is both unique and enticing. Whether one is electing to explore the neighboring Cambodian Khmer civilization or planning a bicycling or kayaking trip in the Vietnam countryside, there are many places that can be explored and learned. There is a whole other perspective that is involved in learning and appreciating another culture, let alone during a holiday season. One can certainly learn new traditions, beliefs, and practices yet mesh these with past experiences. Experiencing Vietnam holidays could certainly work toward accomplishing this type of learning.

In this holiday season, you should challenge yourself to expand and explore the bounds of the world in maybe a different way than ever before. To learn about a different society such as Vietnam can not only provide the actual learning of the country itself, but it can also lend credence and substance to one’s past experiences. The scenery is beautiful, there are plenty of opportunities to engage in different types of tours with differing time frames, and the people of this country are a unique blend of individuals who have endured and persevered over many centuries. To learn this culture is to broaden one’s own experiences and perspectives.
